June 30–July 6
Playa del Carmen
Arrival and family pickup, followed by Puerto Morelos reef snorkeling and cenote time. The notes include a bike visit around Playa del Carmen, Parque Fundadores, Quinta Avenida and an Isla Mujeres day trip.
Options in the roadbook: Cenote Verde Lucero or La Noria; a whale shark outing was still to be decided.

July 6–9
Puerto Aventuras
A new coastal base, a full Xcaret day on July 7, then Tulum and snorkeling at Akumal on July 8.
Options in the roadbook: Sian Ka’an was conditional on access and is not treated as a confirmed visit.

July 9–11
Valladolid · first stay
Cobá on the transfer inland, followed by Valladolid’s plaza. July 10 pairs Chichén Itzá with Cenote Ik Kil and a city walk.

Valladolid · second stay
The second Valladolid stay keeps Ek Balam and cenotes in reach. Suytun, Oxman and Xkekén / Samulá appear in the activity notes.
Options in the roadbook: X’Canché; Río Lagartos / Las Coloradas on July 12, or a rest day instead.

Mérida
The transfer notes include Hacienda Sotuta de Peón. Subsequent days cover Centro, Paseo de Montejo and Lucas de Gálvez Market; Celestún’s mangroves; Progreso; and a Mayapán / Homún cenote day in the original plan.
